RE: High School Girls’ JV Softball Coach
Elk Rapids High School is seeking a motivated, high character, knowledgeable and passionate
individual to lead our student-athletes in JV softball.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
? Knowledge of MHSAA rules and regulations.
? Experience preferred.
? Strong organizational and communication skills.
? Ability to inspire and motivate.
? Willing to adhere to the rules of ERHS and the MHSAA.
? Organization and care of equipment.
? Practice organization and scheduling.
? Willing to work with the framework established by the varsity coach.

Compensation: 5% of the BA schedule.
